Different Types of Pots and Pans

Pots and pans are the basic essentials for the average kitchen, but before you buy, you might want to consider all of the choices you have to choose the best ones for you and your kitchen. Pots and pans come in different materials like aluminum, anodized aluminum, cast iron, copper, non-stick, and stainless steel.

Aluminum

Aluminum pots and pans are usually cheaper than most other kinds of cookware. Aluminum is lightweight but fairly durable and can withstand high temperatures. One drawback is that it reacts with acidic and alkaline foods altering the taste, you can still use aluminum and avoid this problem by using anodized aluminum.

Anodized Aluminum

This type of aluminum cookware has a special coating to prevent the aluminum from reacting with certain foods. It is a great choice to cook with, but the coating can be sensitive. To avoid damaging the coating, do not cook highly acidic and alkaline foods in them, also, hand wash these pots in warm, soapy water instead of putting them in a dishwasher with harsh soaps.

Cast Iron

Cast iron pans are also fairly inexpensive, but can be a little more than aluminum. This type of cookware takes longer to heat up, but once heated, holds the heat well. This makes it ideal for slow cooking and frying. The drawbacks are that its very sensitive and rusts, stains, and becomes pitted easily. To best care for your cast iron, do not wash it with soap, but run a damp paper towel over it after cooking to clean any excess food off.

Lined Copper

Copper pans are more expensive than most, but conduct heat extremely well. They heat up fast when on the burner and cool down fast when taken away from the heat. Copper pans must be lined with another material, otherwise the copper reacts badly with food making it poisonous and altering the taste. For this reason, copper should be delicately hand washed and relined every few years.

Non-Stick

These pots and pans simple have a special coating that keeps foods from sticking to it. These should not be washed in the dishwasher or with abrasive scrubbers, but gently washed in warm soap and water.

Stainless Steel

This moderately priced material is very durable, but alone, does not conduct heat well at all. For this reason, when shopping for stainless steel, look for pots and pans with a thick layer of copper or aluminum on the bottom for better heat conduction. It is best to wash these in warm soap and water, and these can withstand nylon scrubbers.

These are the main materials that pots and pans come in. And for the adventurous cook, there are other wonderful and exciting types of pots to choose from like crock-pots, stockpots, saucepans, and crab pots to name a few.

Different Types Of Meat Slicers And Usage Applications

The importance of a meat slicer in any kitchen cannot be over-emphasized. Be it a commercial or private, when the time comes to make a fine and neat cutting of our meats, nothing does it better than a meat slicer. Meat slicers are those machineries that can be deployed in a kitchen to help cut meat neatly and thereby make food preparation easier and faster. At home, meat cutter is one of those rare friends of a woman. They are real time and energy saver.

However, in as much as there are diverse and unique needs for specific occasions and situations, so also, there are different categories of meat slicer that can be used to meet any of these specific occasions. For example, we cannot expect commercial-grade, mass-meat slicer to be fully utilized at home and vise-versa. That is why it is important to identify various categories and types of meat slicers in the market. So that, whenever you are ready to make a purchase, you do so by having relevant information about what you want.

Variations of Light Duty Meat Slicers: These electric meat slicers are not always needed every day; they are kept, waiting for the time when they will be called upon. These are the ones most suitable for the home. Usually, their blades range from 7 to 7. And a 5 Watts motors powered its engine. In the market today, the popular brands of meat slicers we can identify as Light duty are; Maverick, Chef's Choice, Maverick and Hobert MeatSlicers. The maintenance of these cutters are very simply, and since they are always being used, they are durable as well. In case, any part of the cutters gets damaged, there are specialized stores/shops where they can easily be purchased.

Medium Duty Meat Slicers: These slicers are best used by small restaurants and small food joints that will require more frequent meat cutting, usually, on a daily basis. The meat slicers are well equipped to handle the waves of jobs thrown their way. For example, the size of their blades ranges from 8 to 14, while their motor has 100 to 130 watts for its powering. Though called meat slicers, these are so handy and useful, that they do more than slice meat. Cheese, vegetables, fruits are some of other foods that it can sliced without stress.

Commercial-Grade Meat Slicer: Bigger commercial needs require special and bigger provision. These particular slicers run with a special horsepower motor, made with carbon steel. These machines will handle diverse heavy duty operations and will enable you to slice your meats with ease. However, to maintain optimum delivery and avoid breakdowns, the machine has to be regularly serviced. A meat slicer can be a wonderful investment idea. In the long run they help to save time, energy and money. Just remember to look for one that best suits your needs and one that is trusted for its reliability and great performance.

Meat Slicers are always good investments. Not only financially, but they save you time and make your food look nice. Consider putting one in your home today, your meat surely deserves one.

Definition Mind Science

Cognitive science is most simply defined as the scientific study either of mind or of intelligence. It is an interdisciplinary study drawing from relevant fields including psychology, philosophy, neuroscience, linguistics, anthropology, computer science, and biology. The term cognitive science was coined by Christopher Longuet-Higgins in his 1973 commentary on the Lighthill report, which concerned the then-current state of Artificial Intelligence research. In the same decade, the journal Cognitive Science and the Cognitive Science Society began.

Approaches

There are several approaches to the study of cognitive science. These approaches may be classified broadly as symbolic, connectionist, and dynamic systems.

* Symbolic - holds that cognition can be explained using operations on symbols, by means of explicit computational theories and models of mental (but not brain) processes analogous to the workings of a digital computer.
* Connectionist (subsymbolic) - holds that cognition can only be modeled and explained by using artificial neural networks on the level of physical brain properties.

* Hybrid systems - holds that cognition is best modeled using both connectionist and symbolic models, and possibly other computational techniques (see Sun and Bookman 1994).

* Dynamic Systems - holds that cognition can be explained by means of a continuous dynamical system in which all the elements are interrelated, like the Watt Governor.

Behavioral experiments
In order to have a description of what constitutes intelligent behavior, one must study behavior itself. This type of research is closely tied to that in cognitive psychology and psychophysics. By measuring behavioral responses to different stimuli, one can understand something about how those stimuli are processed.

Reaction time. The time between the presentation of a stimulus and an appropriate response can indicate differences between two cognitive processes, and can indicate some things about their nature. For example, if in a search task the reaction times vary proportionally with the number of elements, then it is evident that this cognitive process of searching involves serial instead of parallel processing.

Psychophysical responses. Psychophysical experiments are an old psychological technique, which has been adopted by cognitive psychology. They typically involve making judgments of some physical property, e.g. the loudness of a sound. Correlation of subjective scales between individuals can show cognitive or sensory biases as compared to actual physical measurements.

Eye tracking. This methodology is used to study a variety of cognitive processes, most notably visual perception and language processing. The fixation point of the eyes is linked to an individual's focus of attention. Thus, by monitoring eye movements, we can study what information is being processed at a given time. Eye tracking allows us to study cognitive processes on extremely short time scales. Eye movements reflect online decision making during a task, and they provide us with some insight into the ways in which those decisions may be processed.

Customer Service Is Eye Contact Important

Customer Service Is Eye Contact Important

Someone could enter a store and not receive eye contact from anyone who works there, and it might not bother them. The same thing could take place when they go and pay for what they have come to buy, and once again, this might not faze them.

This could be because they are in a rush and want to get what they need without wasting time. Or it might come down to the fact that they know what its like in the store, and this means that they have come to accept what its like.

Expectations

On one hand then, it could be because they dont expect anything else, and this can then mean that they are not going to be affected by how people respond to them. There is then no point in them getting annoyed about something that they have no control over.

But on the other hand, this could be a sign that someone doesnt expect people to acknowledge them. It then might not matter where they go as their expectations are going to be the same, and they are not going to expect to receive good customer service.

The Only Option

However, there is also the chance that it is the only store that has what they need; it could then be something that someone has to put up with. They expect more, but it is not possible for them to go anywhere else.

Therefore, if they were to find another store that sells the same things, they wouldnt use the same store again. At this point in time, it could be sad that it is possible for the store to get away with bad customer service; but if another store opened, they would need to change.

Competition

This is a scenario that could be seen as the exception as opposed to the rule, and this is because there are usually a number of places that sell the same thing or offer the same service. As a result of this, is will be important for a business to offer good customer service.

If they dont, there is going to be a strong chance that their customers will simply go somewhere else; there will be no second chance. And once someone person has had a bad experience, it might not end there.

Word Of Mouth

This person can then share their experience with the people they know, and this could stop them from going to the same place. It wont matter if they havent actually been there themselves, and this is because human beings generally value the views of the people they know.

The experiences other people have can then take precedence, and it wont matter whether someone has been to the same place. Yet, even if a business has good customer service, it doesnt mean that they will be able to please everyone.

The Commitment

When a business is committed to offering good customer service, it will have a positive effect on their customers. For one thing, these customers are likely to talk about their experience with the people they know.

If they need to experience the same service, there is a strong chance that they will go back to them. In this case, someone might put up with bad customer service once, but they are unlikely to put up with it for a second time.

Eye Contact

One of the most important parts of good customer service is eye contact, even though this might seem obvious, it is something that is often overlooked. A costumer might hear all the right things, for instance, but they might not receive eye contact.

On one side, there is the eye contact that can be given as soon as a customer opens the door, so to speak, and then there is the eye contact that they can receive whilst they are talking to someone who represents the business.

The First Stage

When someone is given eye contact at the first stage, they can feel acknowledged, and they can then feel as though they are important. As a result of this, the second stage can end up being a lot easier.

Whereas if someone isnt acknowledged, they might not take the next step; however, it is not always going to be possible for this stage to take place. And this is because it could be the type of business where they speak to people straight away.

The Second Stage

After the first stage has taken place, and providing this is something that can take place, it will be important for the customer to be given eye contact. Through this, they will be acknowledged, and this can allow them to feel important and respected, among other things.

When someone feels this way, they are more likely to want to take things further. If this doesnt take place; someone can feel as though they are not important, and it can be seen as a sign of disrespect.

The Outcomes

In this case, it could be the end of the interaction, and someone might decide to go somewhere else. When this doesnt take place, it could be just the beginning, and they could end up being a lifelong customer.

This is not to say that eye contact is the only thing that matters; what it empathises is how important it is. Having said that, there are some parts of the world were eye contact is not seen in a positive light, and in these countries, the customer service is likely to be different.

A Few Seconds

This is something that can last for a few seconds each time, and when someone is not looking at a customer, they can look to the side of their head, for instance. Through doing this, they can maintain the connection that they have developed.

Whereas if they were to look away from them, it could create the impression that they are not interested in what the other person has to say. Also, if they were to maintain aye contact and not break it from time to time, it could come across as though they are staring.

Crockpot Cooking Safety Tips

Crockpot Cooking Safety Tips

Although I have never had a bad experience with my crockpot (and I'm sure you won't either), there are a few safety measures you need to follow to ensure food safety. Some of them are pretty basic and common sense and you are probably doing them already. But it never hurts to go over them and to just continue to be aware of the importance proper food handling and preparation techniques.

Always start clean, a clean cooker, clean utensils, a clean work area. And wash your hands before and during food preparation.

Be sure to handle ingredients carefully. Since slow cookers can take a while to get to temperatures hot enough to kill off bacteria, it is imperative to keep the ingredients constantly refrigerated prior to food preparation. Remember that bacteria multiply on food quickly at room temperature. Therefore perishable foods should remain refrigerated until you need them.

Defrost your meats and poultry prior to putting them in your slow cooker. This helps the crockpot achieve proper cooking temperature faster, eliminating the possibility of bacteria growth on your food.

Cutting food into smaller chunks helps to ensure that the food is cooked thoroughly. For example, don't cook large pieces of meat such as a whole chicken in the slow cooker. Doing this increases the opportunity for bacterial growth because it takes a longer time to get to proper cooking temperature. Meats and vegetables can be cut up in advance but make sure you store them separately in covered containers.

Keep the lid on. Experts say that removing the lid can add 20 minutes to the cooking time! This is because it takes that long to re-generate the lost heat and steam. Remove it only to stir the food or check for doneness.

Since vegetables cook slower than meat, place the vegetables on the bottom. Then add the meat and cover the food with your broth, sauce, or water.

If possible, set the slow cooker setting on high for the first hour of cooking to get the food warmed up quickly. Then switch it to low for the rest of the day. If it is not possible, the Food Safety and Inspection Service says it is still safe to cook foods on low for the entire time, since the temperatures stay hot enough for long enough to prevent any bacterial growth on the food.

If you are away during the entire slow-cooking process and you know that there has been a power outage, don't take any chances. Throw the food out. Although it may look done, it could also be unsafe for consumption. You can know if there was a power outage by the time flashing on your other appliances such as microwave or VCR.

If you are home during a power outage, complete the cooking another way -gas stove, etc.

A food thermometer can be used to test for 'doneness' on your meat and poultry to make sure they have reached a safe internal temperature: Poultry - 170 deg for chicken breast - 180 deg for chicken thigh Ground Meat- 160 deg Roasts -145 degrees (medium rare) -160 degrees (medium) -170 degrees (well done)

Casseroles -165 degrees Stuffing - 165 degrees Soups - 165 degrees

And when it comes to leftovers, make sure you refrigerate them within two hours after cooking is finished. Store them in shallow covered containers.

It is not recommended that you use a slow cooker to reheat these leftovers.

These tips should give you the added confidence that any food you have prepared is safe and hopefully delicious!

Crockery Cookers And Crockery Dining Ware

There are many types of crockery that include both cookware as well as dining ware. A lot of crockery is serving ware that includes gravy bowls, serving bowls, serving dishes, condiment bowls, plates and more. Crockery specifically is made of only natural materials such as clay. It can be glazed and then fired to remain water tight. Fine china and porcelain can also be crockery but these or more fine dining pieces then those used for everyday casual use.

Some of the historically famous types of crockery include delftware, tin-glazed pottery, raku, creamware, faience, Victorian majolica and terra cotta. Crockery is a very durable type of dining ware, almost as tough as stoneware. Unlike stoneware crockery is not nearly as expensive making it the choice for casual dining and everyday use.

Traditionally crockery is not decorative and is very simple and plain with almost no embellishments. There are some fancier pieces of crockery such as delftware and faience that are decorative. Most crockery is dish washer safe and can easily be mixed with other serving pieces.

A famous type of crockery made by Wedgewood is creamware. Creamware just like its name is cream in color. Wedgewood eventually managed to produce a whitish blue creamware that he called pearl ware. His crockery was very famous and was used by Queen Victoria and Catherine the Great. Wedgewood experimented with different types of clay until he produced this famous creamware.

A type of decorative crockery is faience or delftware. This type of pottery is white in color with decorations made using different types of metal oxides. Delftware in particular is produced in the Netherlands and traditionally uses blue decorations. The first of this crockery was produced in the 1500s but Europe experienced a revival in the late 1800s.

Crockery can be found in almost any type of kitchen or china store. It is much more difficult to find the famous makers like Wedgewood as these are very expensive and considered show pieces as they are works of art. In the height of crockery production the makers were considered artisans and masters of their trade.

A crock pot is a type of crockery cookware used specifically for foods that do not cook well in water. These types of foods need to be cooked slowly at low temperatures to become tender and flavorful. A crockery cooker also will rarely overcook food. There was a revival of the slow cooked food and the crockery cooker was an important piece of cookware.

A crockery cooker is perfect if you want to come home after a long day of work and not cook. You simply need to put everything in the crock pot before you leave in the morning, put it on low and it will be ready when you are home that evening. An excellent crockery cooker that is easy and simply to use it he Rival 3040VG 4 quart Crockpot.

Some good options to look for in a crockery cooker is one that has temperature control as well as a removable liner. A removable liner makes the crockery cooker very easy to clean. Temperature control is excellent as you can guarantee that the food will reach 140 degrees Fahrenheit, the temperature that food needs to reach to be safe.

Cooking With Offset Smokers  Basic Tips for the Beginner

Cooking with offset smokers, also called barrel smokers, can be a fun and rewarding experience. Offset smokers have a separate firebox attached to the cooking chamber which allows for direct grilling in the firebox, and direct or indirect cooking in the smoking chamber. When mastered, the indirect cooking method turns out fantastic barbecue, smoked meats, poultry, and fish. The secret of the indirect cooking method lies in the ability to maintain an even cooking temperature over a long period of time. For the novice, this can be a difficult and frustrating skill to learn. This article offers some basic tips that will help you become master of your offset smoker.

When buying an offset smoker, one of your main considerations should be the thickness of the steel. Thin gauge steel does not retain heat very well. This makes it more difficult to maintain a consistent cooking temperature. Also, the temperature near the firebox can be hotter than at the other end of the cooking chamber. The thinner the steel, the more pronounced this heat difference will be, and you may have to rotate your meat fairly often. You can still cook exceptional barbecue and smoked meats with a thin gauge steel smoker, it just takes a bit more work. My choice is the Bayou Classic offset smokers. They are built to last with heavy 10-gauge steel and 1200 degree heat resistant paint.

No matter which offset smoker you choose, the key to low and slow cooking is to maintain a consistent cooking temperature. To do that, you need to get a feel for how your particular smoker cooks. It takes practice, a little experimentation, and a lot of patience. Here are a few simple tips to help you get started.

*Season your smoker. Its really a simple process, just like seasoning a cast iron skillet only on a larger scale. First, coat the inside of your smoking chamber with cooking oil. Any type will do, so dont use anything expensive. Next, build a fire in the firebox and add wood chips for smoke. Maintain the temperature at 250 to 275 degrees F and let it go for two or three hours adding chips for smoke when needed. Its that simple. The oil and smoke will create a barrier on the inside of you smoker and protect it from rust. This is also an important step for the simple fact that it gives you a dry run on your new smoker.

*Use coals for your fire not wood. Charcoal burns at a consistent pace, and is much easier to control than wood. Once youve mastered the charcoal fire, go ahead and experiment with wood if youd like. But until then, do yourself a favor, cook with charcoal and add wood chips for smoke.

*Pre heat the cooking chamber to the desired cooking temperature.

*Keep the lid closed. You cannot maintain an even cooking temperature if you keep opening the lid. If you are cooking a lot of meat and are using all the grill space, you may need to open it occasionally to rotate the meat away from the firebox. Otherwise, keep the lid closed.

*When adding coals, use a charcoal chimney to pre start them prior to adding them to the fire. Adding unlit coals will cool your fire and you dont want that.

*Dont soak your wood chips. Wet wood chips can cool your fire. Again, you want your fire to burn as consistently as possible.
Clean the ashes in the firebox and the grease from the cooking chamber. You should get in the habit of doing this after every use. Just scrape out the ashes and grease. You dont want them building up in your barrel smoker, they can trap water and cause rust.

Well, thanks for reading and I hope these tips help. Go grab a beer, or a glass of wine and fire up that offset smoker. But don't drink too much, you have to pay close attention to that fire.

Cooking Tips for Gas Grills that You Need to Know

Despite the fact that most people believe grilling is easy and that anyone can be successful on the barbeque grill, grilling is actually one of the most challenging of cooking methods. Now more than ever, savvy home cooks are looking for the best cooking tips for gas grills. As the weather starts to get nicer and the great outdoors beckons, attention starts to turn to outdoor cooking - and gas barbeque grills can't be beat for simplicity and convenience. But grilling only becomes EASY when you know the basic procedure for grilling and the important cooking tips for gas grills that ensure better results every time. The greatest challenge presented by grilling is that it is the most intense form of direct heat cooking there is. If cooking is like driving a car, grilling is like being strapped to a rocket ship! The good news is that grilling, like any basic cooking method, can be mastered. And these cooking tips for gas grills will get you started on the road to awesome grilling all year round.

Preparing Recipes for the Grill

Cooking all recipes for the grill starts with understanding how the grilling method acts differently on different types of foods. Because grilling is an intense heat form of cooking, careful product selection is extremely important. The grill will not tenderize meats so you must start with a tender product if you want to end with a tender product. Marinating meats when making recipes for the grill is the best way to apply some tenderizing properties before cooking. The product itself is also an important consideration because you want to make sure it will be able to withstand this form of direct high-heat cooking. Different products will handle this differently and some are just not the best choice for standard grilling. A very delicate fish, such as tilapia, will not perform very well on the grill because the high heat may burn the outside of the fish before the inside cooks at all. Another consideration is when grilling combinations of different foods, as in skewering vegetables. A mushroom will cook faster than a carrot or potato, for example. You will achieve far better results by par-cooking the "harder" items prior to skewering so that all vegetables are the correct done-ness at the same time. Once you have considered the differences in the types of foods you will be grilling and preparing them accordingly, the basic procedure for creating recipes for the grill is:

Cooking Steak - The Preferred Way

Cooking Steak - The Preferred Way

Cooking Steak - The Preferred Way

Steak can be a healthy and tasty meal when prepared properly by broiling or grilling. The key to good taste is to use a good marinade. A few basic tips for healthy cooking, choose lean cuts and trim excess fat, marinate for taste, and use a low fat cooking method.

In moderate amounts eating beef, including steak, is a good choice providing many health benefits. Steak is an excellent source of protein which helps build strong bones and muscles. Just a four ounce serving of steak supplies sixty percent of the daily amount required.

Steak is an excellent source of many other essential vitamins and minerals.  B12 and B6 are vitamins that help the body convert food to fuel. Selenium is a mineral that helps the immune system produce antibodies. Zinc is another essential mineral important to cellular metabolism and immune system health. Phosphorous builds strong bones and teeth, and iron carries oxygen to the cells and aids in energy production.

It's not yet clear if their is a significant health benefit from eating grass fed cattle. Their meat has somewhat less fat. It has higher levels of conjugated linoleic acid and Omega-3, fatty acids that may reduce heart disease and cancer risks, and might play a role in weight loss and bone health.

Heart friendly ways to cook are broiling or grilling. Also protect the meat from direct contact with the flames to prevent cancer causing compounds from developing. Marinades reduce this effect while adding flavor. Research suggests that red wind or beer marinades are particularly effective at inhibiting the development of carcinogens. Another source of carcinogens is direct contact of flames with the meat, so when grilling, it's a good health practice to keep the meat from direct contact with any fire, problem solved. When grilling only turn the meat once to reduce toughening.

Frying is the least healthy cooking method because the meat cooks in it's own fat. If you must fry, use as little oil as possible, preferably a mix of butter and olive oil. Since you're adding calories and fat with this cooking method, be sure to serve with a low fat side like salad with low-fat dressing, or steamed vegetables.

One caution, well-done meat has been linked to increased rates of stomach cancer. Medium-rare to medium is preferred. It's also healthy and safe to eat rare meat as long as the external temperature reaches 105 degrees. Another way to have your steak and your health too is to add beef cubes to your favorite vegetables, brush with olive oil, and grill. Also thin sliced tenderloin served on whole wheat bread makes for a tasty and heart healthy meal.

Cooking steak using a low fat method is the key to including steak in a healthy low fat and cholesterol diet that won't increase risk factors for heart disease and stroke. A rule of thumb is to eat 6 ounces of meat, or 170 grams daily. To make a healthy and tasty meal when cooking steak, marinade first then cook using a low fat method, like grilling or broiling.

Cook an Impressive Meal for Your Date

Preparing a homemade meal is a great way to impress your date with not only your cooking skills (don't worry if yours are lacking) AND your thoughtfulness! Cooking is, in some ways, an art. 'But you don't have to be an artist to make a good tasting meal. This article is going to help you cook a terrific meal, complete with sides and dessert, without bogging you down with confusing and time-consuming techniques. This won't be head chef work, but by golly you'll certainly convince your date that you can do a thing or two around the kitchen!

First, we're going to start off with a nice appetizer. Since the main dish is going to be lasagna, which takes nearly an hour to cook, it's always a good idea to have an appetizer you and your date can munch on while waiting for the meal to cook. The following recipe is for an easy, yet tasty homemade cheese ball. The best thing about this cheese ball is that you can wrap up the leftovers and pop it into the fridge for a snack later on.

Cheese Ball

What You'll Need:
1 (8-oz) package of cream cheese
1 (1-oz) package of ranch dressing mix
1 1/4 cups of shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 cup of chopped pecans

How to Make It:
First, you need to soften the cream cheese. To do this, simply put it in a bowl and mash it with a fork until it's nice and soft. Add in the dressing mix and cheddar cheese, then mix well. Shape the mixture into a ball, then roll it in the pecans until fully coated. Place the cheese ball on a serving dish and cover it with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until time to serve. Serve with crackers (preferably Ritz or Town House's "toppers").

Next is the main dish. Lasagna is a fairly easy dish to put together, but it does take a while to cook. Be prepared to spend about 25 minutes preparing the dish, then 55 minutes for it to cook. If you want it to come out of the oven soon after your date arrives, start cooking about an hour and 20 minutes before your date is due to show up.

Lasagna

What You'll Need:
1 lb ground beef
9 lasagna noodles
1 (32-oz) jar of spaghetti sauce
32 ounces of cottage cheese
3 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons of dried parsley
1/2 cup water
Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make It:
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over a medium heat. The meat is done when it's brown all the way through. To drain the excess grease, pout the meat into a colander, then dump it back into the skillet. Add the spaghetti sauce and cook over a low heat for about five minutes. While the sauce is simmering, get a large bowl and mix together the cottage cheese, 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese, half of the grated Parmesan, the eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix this well. Get a 9 x 13-inch baking dish (casserole pan) and spread about 3/4 cup of the sauce mixture in the bottom of the pan. Lay three uncooked lasagna noodles over the sauce. Spread 1 3/4 cups of the cheese mixture over the noodles, then pour 1/4 cup of sauce over that. Repeat this layering two more times. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top of the lasagna. Gently pour 1/2 a cup of water around the edges of the pan to keep it from drying out. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil, then bake for another 10 minutes. Let it stand about 10 minutes before cutting and serving.

That sounds nom nom, but what is lasagna without salad and bread? If you are out to impress, then you should definitely consider whipping up a quick salad and toasting some French bread slices. The best thing about salad is that as a side dish, it doesn't have to have a lot of extra ingredients, and you can toss in pretty much whatever you like!

Salad

What You'll Need:
1 head of leafy green lettuce
1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese
Diced green onions (optional)
Diced tomatoes (optional)
Sunflower seeds or slivered almonds (optional)
Chopped hard-boiled egg (optional)
Dressing (Italian or Ranch go best with lasagna)

How to Make It:
Rinse the lettuce well under cold running water. Chop into bite-sized pieces, starting from the leafy edge. Stop chopping when you get to the crunchy, white parts. This is quite bitter tasting and not very pleasant! Toss the lettuce in a bowl and dump in the grated cheddar cheese. If you are unsure of what your date likes in their salad, it might be a good idea to put the "extra" ingredients into separate bowls on the side so you guys can add whatever you like to your own salads. Toss the salad with salad prongs or wooden spoons, then cover and refrigerate until serving time. Be aware that the earlier you prepare this, the more of a chance it has to "wilt," so don't make the salad too early.

French Bread

What You'll Need:
A loaf of French bread from your grocer's bakery
Butter or garlic butter spread

How to Make It:
Slice the French bread into 1-inch slices. Spread the butter or garlic spread onto the slices and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 5 - 10 minutes, or until the bread has toasted. Keep your eye on this to ensure you don't over cook it!

Dessert isn't a necessity when cooking for a date, but it is definitely appreciated! If you want to prove you can satisfy a sweet tooth, then have a go at this easy ice cream pie recipe! Be warned that it takes several hours of freezing time, so you might want to prepare this the night before your date.

Raspberry Ice Cream Pie

What You'll Need:
10 chocolate cream-filled cookies, crushed
14 chocolate cream-filled cookies, whole
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 gallon of raspberry ripple ice cream, divided in half
1/2 cup of hot fudge topping, divided
Raspberries to garnish (optional)

How to Make It:
Mix together the crushed cookies with the butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Prop the whole cookies against the edge, going the entire way around the pie plate. Freeze this for an hour. For the filling, "soften" the ice cream using a fork or electric mixer. Spread half of the ice cream over the crushed cookies (crust), then drizzle with 1/4 cup of the fudge topping. Freeze for another hour. Spread the remaining ice cream on top, then drizzle the remaining fudge topping on it. Freeze for several more hours, or overnight. Garnish with raspberries, then let the pie stand for 15 minutes at room temperature before cutting and serving.

I hope these recipes turn out as well for you as they have for me. They are easy to prepare without lacking in flavor and are a sure way to impress your date! Good luck!

Communications Strategies on Your Travels

Communications Strategies on Your Travels

If you're off travelling, the chances are you'll be visiting countries where English is not the mother tongue. Though people may know a few words here and there, you may occasionally come unstuck whilst facing a language barrier. In these situations, alternative communications strategies are key.

Well-Known Gestures
Anyone who's seen the film Bridget Jones: the Edge of Reason, will know that communications strategies involving gestures can sometimes be difficult - particularly when trying to explain to a German pharmacy full of people that you may or may not be pregnant. However, there are some phrases and sentiments that can be expressed using the same expressions the world over. The symbol for 'ok' for example, is expressed by making a circle with your thumb and forefinger wherever you are. A thumbs-up is also a universally recognised sign of appreciation, enjoyment and happiness. By logic, a thumbs-down is the opposite, though the only time that might concern you is if you're sightseeing a coliseum in Italy when you see it (with reference to that other famous film, Gladiator). Another globally understood gesture is the smacking of lips or rubbing of the stomach, which conveys the fact that you're very happy with the food or meal you've been eaten; be sure to check you're in the eyeline of the chef when you do it and you might just find a larger helping of pudding coming your way.

A Numbers Game
Another thing that doesn't change, wherever you are in the world, is the way in which fingers can be used to communicate numbers. We all learn to count in the same way, and for the most part we all have the same number of fingers, meaning that this is one of the communications strategies you can really rely on whilst you're abroad. Whether you're trying to find out the price of something in a shop, trying to haggle with a stall keeper at a market, or trying to find out the time of an excursion, if you don't know your numbers in the language of the country you're visiting then don't panic - digits are a great deal of help in this situation.

Art Abroad
We may not all have Van Gogh's talents when it comes to drawing, but if you can hold a pencil then you can use art when you're in desperate need of communications strategies. If you can't find the words, gestures or numbers to make someone understand what you're asking, then the simplest way to enlighten them is to draw them a picture. If you're looking for something in particular such as food or a church, you can simply draw the object it is you're searching for. If however, you're trying to find an activity, you'll be amazed at how much information people can glean from a stick man. If you are looking for a boat trip, simply draw a stick man in a boat, if you are looking for a fishing trip, simply draw a man in a fishing boat holding a rod. The medium of art can be incredibly useful when trying to communicate through a language barrier.

So, next time you go abroad, don't worry about choosing your destination according to how well you speak their language, or how well they speak yours. There are many communications strategies that do not change, and are as useful the other side of the world as they are at home.

Choosing Home Renovations That Improve Resale Value

Choosing Home Renovations That Improve Resale Value

Image source: https://i1.wp.com/aspenpremierproperties.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/3-home-improvements-that-wont-increase-resale-value-sell-a-home-in-aspen.jpg?resize=3456%2C2304

Choosing Home Renovations That Improve Resale Value

When youre ready to embark on a home improvement project, one of the most important considerations to make regards the return on your investment. Whether youre planning to move, looking to improve your homes value, or simply updating your abode with the latest and greatest, you want to avoid putting too much money into a renovation that wont yield a good return. Sure, you want your renovation to make a difference functionally and aesthetically, but you need to make smart decisions throughout each phase to ensure that it pays for itself.

Your remodeling projects recoup rate will depend on many factors: your neighborhood, the materials you choose, the style of your home, and even the town you live in. Even if your long-term plan is to raise a family and live in the same house for decades, its still important to continuously improve your propertys value to build your equity. However, if your home doesnt exhibit any obvious vulnerabilities, it can be difficult to decide which renovations will do the most to grow your home as an asset. The list of potential improvements may seem endless, but there are some projects that are better choices than others when it comes to seriously increasing the value of your home.

Bathroom and Kitchen Renovation are Solid Bets

When potential buyers enter a home, the kitchen and bathroom are among the first areas that they inspect. This shouldnt be a surprise to anyone whos opened a home design or interior decorating magazine lately. They are typically filled with pictures of amazing kitchens and bathrooms. Interior design trends may come and go, but the homeowners need to create a luxurious bathroom or a beautiful kitchen fit for a chef has never waned. These are such pivotal sections of any home that buyers have no issue with paying more for quality spaces. Bottom line: if you want to get the most bang for your remodeling buck, redo your bathroom or kitchen; but remember, every choice you make has a profound effect on your recoup rate, from the quality of materials you select to the scope of the project.

Dont Invest Too Much

If your renovations main purpose is improving resale value, one of the biggest mistakes you can make is to ignore the correlation between how much you spend vs the current value of your property. The amount of money you should put into a project depends on where you live, the size of your home, and the reason for the project. Though there isnt an exact science to figuring out your magic number, a good rule of thumb is that you shouldnt spend more than 25% of the total value of your home on any renovation project, period.

Though it might be tempting to have the biggest, most luxurious home on the block, the truth is, over-improving will not make your home any more appealing to potential buyers, and it certainly will not do any favors for your pocketbook. A prospective buyer will look at comparable properties in the neighborhood, and if your home is way over the average asking price, youre going to have a hard time selling.

Modest Renovations Can Be Just as Effective

If youre renovating to simply to create the interior space youve always wanted, however, theres nothing wrong with going big, if you have the means to do so. There are plenty of home remodelers out there who are more than willing to fill any room with high-end bells and whistles with features. Similar to the over-improving example above, it can be difficult to resist the urge of opt for flash over function, but its important to remember that even modest home improvements, like outfitting your home with replacement windows can yield a huge recoup rate because it directly mitigates two priority concerns for prospective buyers: moisture intrusion and energy loss. Renovations that address common homeowner concerns have a much higher resale value than purely cosmetic ones that may end up alienating buyers if your aesthetic preferences do not mesh with their own.

If you are dead-set on improving one or more rooms in your home, however, keep in mind that you dont need an exhaustive transformation to gain a significant ROI. According to data published by Remodeling Magazine, a minor kitchen remodel carries an average cost of $14,773, but brings in a return of 87%. The same high-yield dynamic applies to modest bathroom renovations, so long as the changes made optimize the function and comfort of the space.

Even though you may be tempted to plunk down the money for a full renovation, a few savvy updates here and there may do the trick. While some home remodelers do provide reconfiguration services, completely changing a rooms layout is not always the way to get the most out of your kitchen or bathroom. Less-intensive improvements, like cabinet refacing, a fresh paint job, lighting fixture replacement, window treatment, or the installation of high-efficiency appliances can make your space look and feel completely different. Its not about how much money you spend, its about spending wisely so you get the most out of your project. You can easily achieve that wow factor with some easy changes that wont break the bank.

Maximize the Value of Your Home Improvements

Whether youre putting your home up for sale or simply updating your space to improve its functionality or aesthetic, smart renovation choices are a must if want to maximize your recoup rate. The most important thing to remember is that, while a full, transformative remodel has its merits, you should prioritize smaller updates that address concerns commonly held by other homeowners, like energy efficiency, foundational strength, and appliance reliability. If a renovation is too personalized or marginally effective, you run the risk of not being able to leverage it as much as you originally intended when it comes time to list your property.

Chief Steward and Chemical Control Duties

Chief Steward and Chemical Control Duties

Chief Steward and Chemical Control Duties

Inventory and control of materials are one part of the stewarding departments responsibility, particularly the chief stewards. This includes, of course, control of chemicals. Now, the primary reason for controlling the use of chemicals is to save money.

Why Control the Use of Chemicals?

As stated above, the main reason why the stewarding department has to control their use of chemicals such as cleaning agents, detergents, sanitizers, etc. is to save money, of course. Let us say for example that your restaurant is enjoying a lot of sales and is reaping huge profits, money wise. Now, if your stewarding department is not using chemicals appropriately, then some of your profits could be wasted on buying chemicals. Think of the money that you could have saved if your stewarding department only knew how to use chemicals the right way. Look at it this way, if the stewarding department is using too much detergent when washing the dishes, you are sure to waste precious resources. After all, you will need more water to rinse of the soap, and more electricity to make the dish washing machine run.

Another reason why chemical control is very important is because you want to protect the health and safety of your guests. If the stewarding department makes use of too much soap and detergent in cleaning and washing kitchen items such as dinnerware, silverware, glassware, etc., then there could be the risk of leaving soap residues on the items. Now, if there are soap residues on the kitchen items, especially those that will come into contact with the mouth of the guests, then it could be very harmful to them. On the other hand, use too little, and you run the risk of not washing and cleaning the kitchen items properly. You may not be able to remove the soils and bacteria from the items, and again, this is harmful to your guests.

For this reason, the chief steward has to stress to his staff the importance of using the right amount of chemical as well as the appropriate chemical for a specific task.

Guidelines for Chemical Control

To have a very effective control over the chemicals, the chief steward has to first establish a par stock level, and this is done to each shift. The chief steward also has to assign the shift leader the responsibility of appropriately handling and dispensing of the chemicals. Fortunately, dispensing of chemicals is usually being done electronically by the kitchen machines such as the dish washing machine as well as the pot washing machine. The levels of the chemicals are monitored by the machine and dispensed accordingly, and all the kitchen steward has to do is to make sure that the chemicals are always at the appropriate levels.

However, for manual usage of the chemicals, the kitchen steward should know the proper usage of the chemical, especially when it comes to the dosage used. Training for this is commonly provided by the stewarding department before a new kitchen steward starts.

To check and see if the chemicals are being used the right way, the Stewarding Department should work closely together with the accounting department. These two departments could better monitor the use of chemicals by making a record of the monthly chemical consumption.

Sometimes, accidents happen. For this reason, the stewarding department staff should be taught on what to do in case of emergencies.

Chicken Panini Recipe, an Innovative Breakfast Meal for Your Family

Being a mother or a wife is a very tough job. You are in-charge of everything in the house. You have to look after your children and husband's needs. Doing the groceries and cleaning the house must be done on a regularly basis. The hardest part is planning for your meals everyday. This is critical because you have to be as creative as possible. You do not want to serve your family the same food every day of the week. It has to be different and attractive in order to get them to eat.

Normally, the kids are the ones that tend to be picky when it comes to food. If you still have little children, your recipes must be interesting and nutritious at the same. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it should be a healthy and nutritious meal. You need to give them something that has enough energy to last for the whole morning. One great suggestion for this is making a healthy and delightful panini recipe. One nice thing about this recipe, it cuts your usual cooking preparation in half and you will still have more time to bond with your family while eating.

Here is an easy-to-do Grilled Chicken Panini Recipe that will add variety to your usual breakfast meal.

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 slices of Italian bread
8 slices Mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tomato, sliced
Italian dressing

Procedure:
Set the griller to a medium-high heat temperature.
Mix the chopped rosemary, garlic powder, salt and black pepper together.
Brush the chicken with olive oil and add the mixed seasonings on it.
Place a small amount of oil on the grill grate and cook the chicken for about 7 minutes. Wait for the juices to get clear and for the chicken to be well cooked before you remove it from the grill. Then allow it to cool for 5-10 minutes.
Slice the chicken pieces about half an inch and sprinkle the pieces and bread with Italian dressing.
Put the tomato, cheese and chicken on the bread. Brush the bread with olive oil and put it on the grill.
Cook the panini until the cheese melts. Then remove from the grill.

To turn this meal into a 5 minute meal, cook your chicken ahead of time and freeze it cooked. When it's time to make your panini, place the cooked chicken in the microwave to defrost it before you place it into your Panini.

Pair your panini with fresh fruit juice or milk and your kids will enjoy a full-packed breakfast. You can also serve these delicious concoctions for lunch or dinner. Change the chicken to pork of fish if you want to be more experimental. It will then be a new recipe that your family will definitely crave. Just remember when planning a meal, try to be adventurous and innovative. Your family will thank you for it by cleaning off their plate.

CHICKEN - Good, Bad and BBQ

CHICKEN - Good, Bad and BBQ

COOKING CHICKEN ON A BARBEQUE
Have you had a bad chicken experience? Then read on. With a little care and knowledge, these bad experiences can be replaced with great, finger licking chicken fun.
Here are some suggestions that, if adhered to, should make your chicken cooking experience much less stressful.
As stated in my E-books, its essential you use a separate board to cut chicken and clean all equipment thoroughly. It is seldom the chicken that causes illness. Often its the raw juices that have contaminated other uncooked foods. Bugs love raw chicken juice..

When taking this onboard also watch where you place the wrappings the chicken came in. If your chicken is packaged in plastic, check there are no holes spilling juice onto other foods or bench tops. Wipe bench tops, knives and boards constantly. Keep the cloth used separate from other foods and wash immediately before using again.

Chicken is only safe with two temperatures. Hot or cold. Keeping it warm for any length of time is not a safe option. There are many wonderful recipes which enable chicken to be served either hot or cold giving versatility to your organisation if the time between cooking and serving is an unknown factor.

The grilling techniques for cooking chicken on a BBQ are different to cooking red meat and burgers. The fat on a chicken is on the outside, in the skin, as are a good many vitamins. The fat in red meat is veined throughout. This means chicken will dry out quicker than red meat, if over cooked. The bones in a chicken also add a variable, conducting heat to the centre of the bird quickly.
The up side of this is that bones and skin add huge value in flavour and tenderness of chicken. Here are some tips to keep your chicken experiences all good ones.
1. Do not remove the skin from breasts before cooking. It protects the meat from drying out and if cooked to crispness adds a pleasing textural contrast.
2. Keep a spray bottle of water handy. When the fat under the skin catches fire, a quick squirt gets things under control.
3. It is far better to cook over a slatted grill than a solid one. The slatted grill is a little more exciting with flare-ups from the melting fat flavoring the meat and leaving the crisp goodness of the vitamin enriched skin. A solid grill allows the chicken to cook in its fat which is not such an healthy option.
4. If you have a fear of the chicken skin adding kilos and insist on removing it, you need to marinade your chicken with something that will protect the meat. Check out my blog for tips and free recipes of great marinades.
5. When cooking kebabs, keep in mind that most vegetables cook SLOWER than the chicken. Either partly pre-cook vegetables or cut your chicken thickly. Personally, I prefer to make my kebabs individual performers; a separate kebab for the chicken and vegetables.
6. Always try to have a hot, fast cooking side and a medium, gentle cooking side on your BBQ. This allows you to gently finish cooking larger pieces or whole butterflied birds.
7. Chicken bones absorb salt which turns them pink. This pink colours the flesh next to it. I have seen many cooks ruin their chicken trying to get rid of the pink flesh next to the bone. If the flesh pulls away from the bone, it is cooked, pink or not. If the juices run clear when pricked with a fork, it is cooked.
8. If you soak the chicken in dark marinades containing soya sauce, black bean paste or similar, your chicken will turn grey when cooked. Keep these marinades for basting the chicken with as it is cooking, enhancing the flavor without changing the color.

Chicken is a wonderfully nutritious and healthy food and perfectly safe when treated with the respect it deserves and a little knowledge.

Chef Clothing - The Right Apparel For Those In Professional Cooking

There is a certain dress code for chefs that will reflect the level of their ethics and professionalism. Let us look at each item of clothing worn by a chef in order to fully grasp the implications of the dress code for chefs. The most popular symbol for people with culinary skills is the hat. It is more of a badge to the profession. Staying in the kitchen would require the chef to always have his or her hat on. Even if they are still studying to become chefs in the future, they should still don the hat. Usually white, the hat could either come with pleats or none at all. A rare chef hat is on that is black in color, which is offered to honorary cooks in this profession by fellow chefs.

Next is the necktie that is also white in color. The tie is commonly a big cloth made in a triangle shape, which they fold and tie loosely around their neck. One way to identify who the master chef or the apprentice is would be to take note of the way they wear their hat and necktie. The main chef would be the one wearing the tall chef hat, along with the necktie. The apprentice, on the other hand, will be wearing a smaller hat, called the chef cap. He would not be using a necktie, either.

The chef coat is the next important piece that should be worn when in the kitchen, which is also a clear symbol that represents the profession, but it mainly is worn as a protective garment. Although the fabric that the chef coat is made of is heavy, it is still breathable. It is colored white, has long sleeves and has white or black buttons. There are always boiling pots and sizzling pans in a busy kitchen. To protect his arms from splashes that come from the boiling pots, the sleeves have to be long. The sleeves should be kept straight. Do not roll them because that is deemed to be inappropriate.

Part of the outfit of a chef is the apron and torchon. They are supposed to be worn from the waist down. They are meant to be a matching pair. The protective apron is made from cloth. Its top is folded before it is wrapped around the waist. It drops at length long the front of the legs and is always knee-long and white in color with a two pockets. Along with the apron is the torchon, which is more of a kitchen towel. It is used to serve dishes even when they are still hot and any oil or food spillage would be easily dealt with using this piece of cloth.

To wrap the whole thing up, the chef should also wear the appropriate pair of slacks and shoes. The ideal kind of slacks has a fine, checked fabric print of black or blue color interweaved with white. A pair of black or dark blue trousers is also acceptable. Using other colors for your trousers as well as various patterns or prints is not allowed. For the kitchen, the shoes should be the slip-on type and they should be resistant to water, oil and slipping.

The chef's grooming also figures largely in the dress code for chefs. No wayward hair strands are allowed so the hair should be properly bound and kept under the hat. He should also limit the accessories he brings into the kitchen. Cleaning the hands and keeping the nails short is also important. No make-up would be preferable, although if you have to, keep it at a minimum.

Chair-ity Fundraiser for Charity

Chair-ity Fundraiser for Charity

Chair-ity Fundraiser for Charity

This is an easy fundraiser idea for any group, whether it's a school, church, nonprofit, or cause-related organization. Doing a 'chair-ity' fundraiser is so simple, and yet so profitable, that you'll be amazed at your results.

You see, a chair-ity fundraiser revolves around fundraising with chairs, new or used, it doesn't matter. What matters is simply the presentation. That is, what gets added to the chair in the way of decoration, accessories, and enhancements.

Calling all chairs
Put the word out to your supporters about your chair-ity event. Ask each one to put together a unique chair for your group to auction off. Donations can be rocking chairs, kitchen chairs, children's chairs, computer chairs, recliners, car seats, bar stools, etc.

Each chair should have a theme and be decorated and accessorized accordingly. For example, a child's chair could be freshly painted to cover wear and have a teddy bear painted on the seat with a matching teddy bear resting in it.

A computer chair could have a new monitor, printer software or other accessories with it. A kitchen chair could have a cookbook, a grocery store gift certificate, a new blender, or Tupperware collection.

A rocking chair could have an afghan, family photo album, case of lemonade, or new slippers. A car seat could have baby food, diapers, play toys, or baby store gift certificate.

The bar stool could have drink recipes, a box of assorted liquor, drink glasses, bartending lessons, or similar items. The recliner could be accompanied by a case of beer, pretzels, deluxe remote control, or big screen TV.

The important thing is that each be unique, creative, and desirable.

Fundraising tips
Go all out for your chair-ity auction event. Arrange your chairs around the perimeter of your room in an attractive display and place silent auction bid sheets next to each one. Emphasize the retail value of each package and use command language like 'Bid Right Now' at the top of each bid sheet.

Make the descriptive signs easy to read with large fonts and tape them down next to the bid sheets along with a handy pen. Have your volunteers get the bidding started on each one with a opening bid.

Choose out your top award-winning chair packages and place blue ribbon medals on those to increase bids. Give the creator of each category's winning chair a gift certificate donated by a sponsor.

You can also do other fundraising activities at your chair-ity auction such as a raffle for donated prizes. To maximize revenue, be sure to sell raffle tickets well ahead of the event, not just at the door. A good raffle can easily net $5,000 or more.

Sell food and beverages, include a bake sale, or offer other related fundraising products such as fast food discount cards, Tupperware, or Pampered Chef items.

You might also consider doing a live auction of the most desirable chairs or auction off donated items unrelated to the theme. Having a central focus of the event that keeps people around bidding right up to the deadline is always a good thing, so you could also offer live entertainment.

Publicity tips
A big turnout is the key to your fundraiser event's success, so you have to get the word out in every way possible. Use roadside signs, posters, flyers, newsletters, emails, phone trees, and word of mouth.

An effective press release can work wonders, so make yours shine by focusing on the unique aspect of your chair-ity event, the chairs themselves. Your summary paragraph should highlight that along with how the funds raised will be used.

Send it to all the major media contacts in your market at least two weeks before your event. Then place follow-up calls to newspapers, radio and television stations to stimulate coverage. Remember that it does you no good to get coverage the day of the event, so invite them to a special sneak preview of all the great chairs!

Chair-ity Wrap-up
Your group of supporters will amaze you with their creativity and thoughtfulness when you ask for their chairs. Focus on getting a big turnout by making it a fun event and include multiple fundraising activities.

Work with local businesses for donations, gift certificates, and sponsorships. Turn this easy fundraiser idea into your best chair-ity event ever!
